The situation
Cedar Park Dental had been around long enough to have a solid base of regulars. New patients were the issue. Their site was years old and hadn't kept up — no online booking, no useful content, and nowhere to be found when someone searched for a dentist in the area.
Every new appointment started with a phone call. That meant missed inquiries after hours, and a front desk that spent a big chunk of every day just managing the schedule.
What we did
The new site was built around two things: showing up on Google and getting people to actually book. We wrote the service pages around the procedures patients search for — "teeth whitening Cedar Park," "emergency dentist Austin TX" — not the generic descriptions most dental sites copy-paste from a template.
We connected a live scheduling system directly into the site. Patients can book online, reschedule if something comes up, and get automated reminders without anyone at the practice touching it. New patient intake forms moved online too, so people arrive on their first visit having already done the paperwork.
The Google Business Profile was a mess. We rebuilt it with proper photos, filled out every service field, and set up a straightforward review process. Patients who'd just had a good experience got a simple follow-up that made leaving a review take about 20 seconds. They went from a thin profile to 80+ reviews and a strong average within a few months.
What happened
Five months in, new patient inquiries had tripled compared to the same period the year before. Six out of ten bookings were now coming through the online scheduler rather than the phone. The front desk got hours back in their week. And the practice was sitting at number one on Google for "dentist Cedar Park" with top-three spots across six more search terms.
